CANCELLATION POLICY

I understand that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. Acraea requires a 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments that are not changed within the time frame will result in a 50% fee of the scheduled service. If you fail to cancel your appointment via text or email it will result in a 100% charge of the scheduled service. Please know that when an appointment is cancelled without sufficient notice, there’s little to no opportunity to fill the formerly reserved time. I allow a 15 minute grace period for appointments. If you are later than 15 minutes we may need to reschedule and apply the cancellation fee so that the next clients are not kept waiting.
